Will Clean My Car charge extra for handling biohazards?
Yes. If any biohazard or bodily fluid is present in the vehicle, such as blood, urine, feces, or vomit (human or pet), then we apply an $80 fee to your appointment. This fee covers for the extra time and product the technician will need to clean the biohazard.
What classifies as Sedan vs. SUV?
Sedan: Think small. Typically, 4 doors or less and 2 rows of seats or less, with a separated, enclosed trunk area. For example, sedans, coupes, and convertibles. Exceptions? Small hatchbacks.
Not Sedan: Think large. Typically, 4 doors or more (rear hatches count) and 2 rows of seats or more, with an open trunk area. For example, minivans, pickup trucks, crossovers, station wagons, and SUVs.
What is the easiest way to book an appointment?
Itβs completely up to you! Through our website, you can view available time slots where you can easily book your detail online. If you prefer to call us, you can reach a Customer Service Representative at (832)-964-7828. If youβve already booked an appointment but need to make changes, please call the number listed above.
What is Clean My Car's weather policy?
In the event of harsh weather conditions, such as sub-freezing temperatures, severe storms, excessive wind, sleet, or hail, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
In the event for predicted rainfall, Clean My Car references AccuWeather to determine if conditions are suitable for operation that day. If the forecast predicts 50% or above for rainfall during any hour of your scheduled detail, a technician will reach out to you at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to reschedule.

Will I be notified before my scheduled detail?
Yes! Our technicians will contact you the day before your scheduled detail for confirmation and to address any questions you may have. Our technicians may also contact you the day of your detail to discuss how to obtain your keys if necessary.
How do I get you my keys?
The technician will be in contact with you to collect and return your keys.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but we require 24-hour notice. Because we do not charge a cancellation fee, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who notifies us after the 24-hour notice.
How do I pay?
Clean My Car accepts a variety of payment options! Youβll be charged after your completed detail, and you can pay our technician with cash, debit or credit card, check, or any cash app.Β
