Where is your shop located?
Our shop is situated in the Cottage Grove subdivision and is directly adjacent to Triple D Nursery, which is just a four-minute drive from downtown Bryan.
Please note that we do not provide the exact street address for our home detailing shop until after an appointment has been booked. This is to ensure the safety and privacy of our home, as well as to manage our schedule effectively. Once you have booked an appointment with us, we will provide you with the address and any other necessary details.
Is the address for a commercial shop or a residence?
Please note that we do not own a commercial detailing garage. Instead, we work out of a renovated shop in our home. If you choose to drop off your vehicle for service, it will need to be brought to our home shop. We understand that this may not be ideal for everyone, but we can assure you that our garage is fully equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide high-quality auto detailing services. If you have any questions or concerns about our location or services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We have two options for our detailing service. You can either choose to have us come to your residence with everything we need to detail your car on-site, or you can drop off your car at our home shop for the detail to be completed there. Whichever option you choose, we guarantee that your car will receive the highest level of care and attention to detail.
Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
All appointments must be made at least twelve hours in advance. This allows us to properly prepare for your appointment and ensure that we can provide the best possible service.
What is the policy regarding inclement weather?
Our policy regarding inclement weather and auto detailing services is that we are unable to provide our services during rainy, snowy, or excessively windy conditions. This is because water can interfere with the quality of cleaning and detailing, and it can also be hazardous for our team to work in such conditions.
We highly recommend scheduling your appointment for a day with clear and sunny weather. This ensures that we are able to provide the best service possible and that your vehicle is left looking its best. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable, and if the forecast changes and we are unable to complete your appointment, we promise to contact you immediately to reschedule.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
At Clean My Car BCS, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance through our online scheduling system or by phone. We’ll help you find a new time that works for both of us. Please note that there may be a fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice to cover our costs associated with preparing for your appointment and ensuring excellent service for all of our customers.
What forms of payment are accepted and when do I pay?
We are pleased to accept a variety of payment methods for our detailing services, including cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards through Square, including American Express.
Once we have completed our auto detailing service, we will ask you to confirm your satisfaction before processing payment. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we will not complete the transaction until we know you are fully happy with our work.Â
What is Clean My Car's policy if I'm dissatisfied with my finished detail?

Can I get just one service or do I have to get a package?
At this time, we do not offer individual detailing services. Instead, we provide a range of detailing packages that include a variety of services to meet the needs of our customers. Our detailing packages are designed to provide you with the best value for your money, and our team will work with you to determine which package is right for you and your vehicle. We believe that our packages offer the best overall value and quality, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with the results.
